Rebuilt the double-distillation schedule for an agave spirits producer, cutting energy use per liter of alcohol while holding congener profile within the client's sensory targets.

Replaced a DE filtration line with a crossflow system for a mid-size winery, removing a wastewater disposal problem and improving filtration consistency across varietals.
